Inbox is available depending on your plan: The Pro plan includes the Public Inbox. The Advanced plan includes the Public Inbox plus up to 3 additional custom Inboxes. Business and Enterprise plans include the Public Inbox plus unlimited custom Inboxes. Inbox is not available on the Free plan.
